Best drivers for this card please, and reccomendations for overclocking
software.

No reason not to use the latest Catalysts. 3.10 is the best yet.

For overclocking, I use the oldest and simplest, Radeonator Lite. All it
does is overclock, but it is idiot-proof and can be set to OC on startup.
There are plenty of others to choose from, and www.rage3d.com is the best
source for files and info on Radeons. The tweaking forum there is full of
people who can give you advice on pushing the limits of your card.

P.S., once you find the sweet spot where your card is running as fast as it
can with complete stability, you can use RadEdit to change the bios and make
the OC permanent. That way you don't need to do it in software any more.

Latest CAT maybe... 3.10 in this case.

I self use Rage3d tweaker, it allows me to tweak the hell out of the card.
 
Use the latest 3.10, they're working great for me. Rage 3d tweak has a godd
overclocker, be sure to use the app. detector and only overclock when gaming
(click apply to get the settings to stick, and right click in the box to
bring in the last file you executed, may require reboot after running the
game).
