8500 DV AIW output on TV

Hello NG

I have here an ATI Radeon 8500 DV AIW and this card is working really good.
I updated to Directx 9b, yes i know now the bug and reinstalled the
whole system and installed also the fix from MS.
I updated also to MMC 8.6 and the latest drivers and also this is
working perfect.
Yesterday while we watched a movie i realized that the whole picture is
not visible on the TV, just a part of it, and is also not adjustable
within the TV Module of the driver.
Up to know that was always OK. Does somebody have this symptom and found
already the solution, or i am just not finding the correct setting?
How can i force the TV resolution to 800*600?

Are u sure you have not accidently clicked an inappropriate aspect
ratio?

Any chance you can explain what "this" is? Some of us who still use
text-based newsreaders saw only 1767 lines of garbled text.
