7023 Error Please help

Hi all!
sometimes Service Control Manager send error with ID 7023 "Spooler shutdown
with error 'Access code is wrong'" (translate from russian)
Configuration:
W2000 Server SP4
Citrix MF 1.8A
Disk space is anough.
Please help

Does the terminal server have a Novell client installed? I ask because the few times I have seen this it was a problem with
the NWGINA.DLL from the Novell client. Normally updating the client would resolve the issue.

no, W2000 Server have no Nowell Client, no IPX protocol , no NWGINA.DLL on
hard disk
server have 1 net connection:
TCP/IP, static IP,NetBIOS over IP, no IPSEC

The error occurs, then far print (connected throw low speed connect to
another building) must printing.

So, what am i must do?
A, error occurs often with LocalClientCitrix or/and Canon LBP810
printers....
But LocalClientCitrix Epson LX-300 , which stand far on 10km, have access
throw Citrix inet ssession, work fine...
May be clear?

and i not want to disable Citrix LocalPrinting - it work much faster, then
usual network printing...
i thin its because print job send into zipped ICA data flow. May be any
possibilities is to fast microsoft network printing?
