7000 tmp file in "documents & setting" & " windows/systems 32" - Can I delete ?

I am using Corel Draw and trying to import graphics. I am
getting a message that says I have used too many temp
files. I deleted all temp files - still getting message.
SoI searched in hidden files and came up with 7000 temp
files in "Documents & Settings/Default Users/Local
Settings" - "Documents & Settings/Owner/Local Settings" -
"Documents & Settings/All Users/Local Settings" -
"WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local
Settings\Temp" - CAN I DELETE THIS FILES? Please help!!!
