Every time I try to go to move around in IE, I get this
message: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. I
have sent the error report probably 20 times in the last
24 hours. It is on my screen right now. If I say send
report or don't send, IE will close and I'll have to
start over again so I'm typing with it up and I don't
know if you'll get this or not. Please! I've tried
updating IE, Windows XP, I just don't know what to do. I
really ought to be able to surf the internet with IE-why
can't I? I don't know if I'll be able to get your answer
because I can't seem to stay in screens unless I move
that box around and type around it. Please help.

The cause may also be some bad parasites, which I suspect.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
