yes and no.

Windows XP 64Bit for the AMD 64 is now under development.

Windows XP 64Bit for Intel chips is out, but only avaiable on new PCs.
 
You need to qualify "new PCs" with "new PCs having Itanium Processor(s)", as
XP 64bit will not install on 32bit processor machines.
 
that makes no difference, you can't go out and buy XP 64bit. So it doesnt
matter if it could be installed on a 32bit machine.
