To expand on Andre's answer, I've not heard that the bug allowing this file
to expand quickly is fixed in build 613. In the absence of an assurance
about that, I wouldn't depend on it being fixed.

I don't think its a problem really, since it does not have be removed
because its problems are attributed to lack in support Limited Accounts and
Fast User Switching.
