6118 system error

When I try to use explorer to browser through the domain,
I get a 'domain' is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. The list of
servers for this workgroup is not currently avaliable.
But, I logon as administrator. Also, when I try to use
net view I get a system error 6118 has occurred. The
list of servers for this workgroup is not currently
available. Not firewall software or ICF has been set.

Does anyone have any ideas what's going on?
 
I got similar messages (see elsewhere in this newsgroup).
Try ensuring your PCs are in the same subnet AND making
sure NO firewall is running.
