6 Selections Arrows

How do I make a field have only 6 selections for my 6
office locations? I am working on a storage db, and want
to be able to select 1 of 6 offices for the file location.

It sounds like a combo box is what you want, with its Limit To List
property set to Yes.. It would probably be best to have the combo box's
Row Source be a table of OfficeLocations, in which you would have one
record for each location. That way you can add a new office location
later and automatically have that location be available for choosing.
