Dear Group,

My Symantec Antivirus detected a virus w32.Sober.c@mm in my mail, after
that two day's. It was happened in the weekend so this morning I notice the
alerts. I had 6 gig of files with a size of 76 kb in my quarantinne
directory. I wonder where this data is coming from ?

I could not find a remove tool. Only remove instructions from the symantec
site. I did not find any registry references. Are there any remove tools for
this virus ?

Thanks

Best regards,
Shiva

Stinger should do the trick

When this is completed, ensure that you have all Microsoft patches up
to date and delete all files in quarantine.

Was your computer online, and Outlook open all time, updating itself?
Sober is a mass mailer, and might have hogged your mailbox, and the
Norton did automatically quarantine 99.99% of the incoming mails,
because they all were sober generated.

Just my 2 Eurocent (no, the plural form is "cent", not "cents")

What is the proper way to say/write one half of "2 Eurocent"? ;)
