Using CM for Outlook in Office 2003 Pro is and has been less than
satisfactory since day 1.
Now it is even more frustrating when an error message (noted in the titel of
this tome) appears looking for a file or disk containing the noted file. It
does not exist by name and number on the install disk for either Outlook or
CM or the Update that we installed!
There is no reference to this file or error message on any MSFT web page !!
Now I can not get the add remove function to recognize that the CM is
installed in order to uninstall it even though its shows as installed on the
Add/remove list.
Since installing the update I cannot get access to any data files in CM even
when I manually direct by adding the file to the data sources. But when that
is attempted I do get a "Critical Error" and Outlook shuts down - very
convenient!!
At least there should be an explanation on SOME MSFT WEB SITE- don't you
think?
