502 error on all outgoing mails

i have 2 webmail accounts set up which I have synch'ed with my outlook.
Incoming messages are correctly directed for both accounts and outgoing for
one. The other gives me a 503 error (no recipients) although these are
recipients I know exist. When I test in tools/email accounts everything is
connecting correctly??
 
Hi,

Let me know what is the error number(0x800 series) and try this step.
Go to Tools-> EMail Accounts> View or change email accounts> Change>
Outgoing server authentication and enable the authentication.

ok, thanks. right area - the different accounts were using different internet
connections - one of which worked and the other did not.
