Would very much like to print a 50 page manual (Word 2000) front and reverse
so that I would only be using 25 sheets of paper. Can it be done? thank you

If your printer is capable of duplexing, then you will need to enable this
feature in the printer Properties. If not, there is a check box in the Print
dialog for "Manual duplex" in Word 2002. I'm not sure whether Word 2000 has
this or not; if not, there might be something in the Print Options.

What you are trying to do is typically accomplished wih your printer software, under Properties in the print menu, you may be able to set it to 'Two-Sided Printing', the printer software would thwn instruct you on how to reinsert the paper.

If your printer does not support this than print the Odd pages and rotate and reinsert the paper, then print the even, you may have to play around a little bit to get it right, so try it with pages 1-5 before you kick out 25 pages and relialize they won't line up.
