5.13 overdrive

Installed ok with CCC. No problems.

Cant seem to find the ATI overdrive feature under advanced view...

Using x700 pro pci express.

On mine it's in Advanced View, the last one on the graphics settings list
under VPU Recover. Sure you have Advanced View selected?

Yup, I am in advanced view and the last item is VPU recover. Nothing below
that

I have an X800XL and I don't have an overdrive option either. Maybe
that option is only supported on the latest ATI vid cards?

Shouldn't be, since the tab is present via CP on my 9600XT.

In the case of CP at least, it (and anything else missing after a driver
upgrade) can be easily restored with Dr. Zhivago's post here:

Thanks didn't see anything that would help in CCC. I did see at the ATI web
site that there was a problem with the x800 not showing overdrive, and maybe
it also affects the X700

Strange... running an X800XT PE here with CCC 5.13's and it's shown and
available for use...

Isn't there anything comparable in the same area of the Registry for CCC? I
don't have CCC to check, but it would seem to me ATI would have taken the
same off/on approach.

Did find an overdrive entry but with a binary format....didnt want to mess
with it since I dont know much about that

Strange... running an X800XT PE here with CCC 5.13's and it's shown and
available for use...

Don't know if I'm right but I think I seen where its only available
for XT cards

Yes, I just read at Tweakguide yesterday that this feature is only
available on XT cards.
