Do Seagate 500GB 7200.9 and 7200.10 SATA-2 hard disks have exactly the
same number of guaranteed sectors? If so, can I use two of each in a
RAID-0?

The nimber of sectors visible outside is fixed today. The concept
of "guaranteed sectors" is historic.

As long as all disks are present during creation, the controller
(hardware or software) will restirict the array size to the size
of the smallest disk present. You should, however, be aware that
a 4-way RAID-0 has 4 timed the probability of failing, thatn any
single disk in it. And you loose everything on a single disk
failure....

.... but also has four times the size of any single disk in it.
