I'm having trouble subscribing to outlook folders. I keep getting the
following message.
Windows mail was unable to switch to the newsgroup
BSBACC1.05-08.BCBH06M171-MGT330 on the server bsbacc1.phoenix.edu
480 authentication required
Please help

You need a user-id/account and password for the bsbacc1.phoenix.edu server.
