You may need hijack this to fix this but try this and see
if it helps
Download these:
Hoster V 1.4 (To Reset Hosts File)

Run the Hoster and check the entries on the left for
anything below the 127.0.0.1 localhost entry
If there is press the button that says Restore Original
Hosts
Then Exit
Download DelDomains
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf
Save it to your desktop
Rightclick DelDomains.inf and choose install.
You will notice the desktop icons flash off then on again
thats then finished and reset the zones
Open a Internet Window goto Tools then Internet Options
On this page click delete cookies and delete files (also
tick delete all offline content when deleting files)
Go to the Programs Tab and press Reset Web Settings
then back to the general tab and make sure the homepage
you want displayed is entered in the home page address
box,Then press Apply and Exit
Go to start and run and type
%temp%
delete as much as you can from this folder as the temp
files are not needed,if you cannot delete some then they
will be in use but take out what you can from here.
Then to start again and run and type
cleanmgr
tick the first 4 boxes (Downloaded Program
Files,Temporary Internet Files,Temporary Files and
Recycle Bin)
Clean what you can using this.
If you are still having problems then use Hijack this and
save the logfile,post the log here and it might be easier
to identify whats causing this.
