Hi. I have a problem with this ErrorDocument. When I'm on the Internet and
trying to reach a site thats not exist, I always redirect to a searching
site. Earlier I got the message "404 Not Found". How do I turn off this
redirecting in XP? Thanks!

Are you getting redirected to a VeriSign site? If so, that is because a
change they made to the root DNS servers, and not something Windows is
doing.

No, I redirect to http://www.perfectnav.com/
I don't know why this happened. I haven't done anything unusual. Is it
possible to change it back to normal? If so, how?

Do a web search for "perfectnav", you will find instructions for removal.
