When I try to do a search on msn, yahoo or google, I get
an can not open page error. How can I fix this without
do a recovery? Any help is appreciated.

The recommendation by Mike Burgess and Frank Saunders may be valid as I am
not sure if the removal tools will clean your system of this virus/trojan.
