40 gb hd

My computer is VERY OLD and I cannot install windows xp on
my new hd, nor can I install windows 95,98...

PLEASE HELP ME.

How old is it, stone age?
Pls provide more info, CPU , ram, chipsets, mobo, or brand
and model and post back.

If it is old enough that W95 will not install on it, then you
need a new PC.
 
It is very simple and won't cost very much, go buy a new
computer if you want XP.

If you want to install W98 you need the W98 install media,
which could be floppy disk set or more likely a CD. It
isn't worth spending any money on upgrading such an old
machine.
