one of our staff tried to update her address book and
received the following message: "case alert, 3rd party
application has removed n-case". what exactly does that
mean (yes, i'm new to i.t.). thanks for all your help.

Hi - not an Outlook issue. This computer seems to have
spyware/adware/scumware on it.
