3rd party url launcher

When I click options in TD Ameritrade to open a new window, another blank
windown titled "3rd party url launcher" pops up. This is irritating as I
have to keep closing these blank windows. How do I stop them from beig
created?

Hi 3rd party,
If this pop-up specific for this website you can't, because it been hosted
by the website as Adds for other companies/websites.
If it happen with most websites then you need to scan for Malwares on your
computer and viruses.
