The version of the 3D NOW! instructions in the Athlon64 incorporated a
complete set of SSE1 and SSE2 instructions. The silly thing about the
licensing deal was that it's the same arrangement as MMX. They're
allowed to implement the instructions, but they aren't allowed to use
the acronyms.
I believe some versions of AutoCAD and Photoshop make use of those
instructions for parts of their code. If you're asking about the
instructions that are unique to 3DNOW!, I've no idea.
I don't know if Autodesk makes use of 3DNow! or not. It probably doesn't
as 3DNow! is stuck at single-precision, and CAD generally requires
double-precision as a minimum.
Also it should be noted that when XP64 comes out, and 64-bit versions of
programs also come out, then those programs will not be allowed to use
MMX, x87 FPU, or 3DNow!; they'll only use SSE (1, 2 & 3).
