I have 3 3300XMs - all dead. All units power on and will accept a new
firmware image via serial download tool, but none of them will boot.

#1 flashes the Power LED green constantly, with all the unit LEDs lit
#2 flashes green momentarily and then turns yellow with all unit LEDs
lit
#3 same as #2 but with many port LEDs lit up green/yellow, port 1
flashing

None respond on the serial port CLI - Hyperterm 9600/8/N/1.

Is there anything else I can do or are these just headed for the
trash?

Thanks,
/Todd

Try initializing the switches.Connect to a console with a null modem
cable and log in as USER:3comcso PASSWORD:RIP000. Have you considered
that the new firmware image that you are downloading might be corrupt
