3COM 3CRWE62092A wireless card with XP

I have a 3COM 3CRWE62092A 802.11b wireless network card
that I want to use with Windows XP/SP1. The 3COM setup
disk says that the XP driver does not work (as of January
31, 2002). Was this fixed with the SP1 release of XP?

An INF file for 3CRWE62092A is in XP SP1. No idea whether the driver actually works.
