G Guest Nov 21, 2006 #4 David, Are you having a problem with this NIC? I have exactly the same adaptor as you and it worked perfectly with RC1 & RC2 "out-of-the-box"! Regards, Mike

G Guest Feb 17, 2007 #6 Hello, I have the same 3c940 card. My problem is I can't get on line to update. Is there a site that I could download the driver?
