345 when typed rapidly activates the F2 function

In windows applications, if you rapidly type the 345 characters, the f2
function is activates. This only works when there is an available F2
function. For example, if you open Windows Explorer and select a file, the F2
is a keyboard shortcut that will rename a file. If you click on the file and
rapidly type 345, it will also rename the file. This behavior is also true in
other windows based applications, like MS Access if there is an F2 function.

Has anyone heard of this or the solution to this?

Thanks

Doesn't happen here (345 typed in approx. 500 mSec. - I can't
do it any faster).

Time for a new keyboard?

Have you duplicated this on machines other than your own?

I've tried it on 3 PCs so far with the same results. I haven't timed it, but
it is as fast as I can type.
