32 bit vs 64 bit

Someone told me that 64 bit is 32 bits faster than 32 bit. So if I install
Vista 64 bit it will go 32 bits faster than 32 bit. Do I need to go that
fast?

You're going to have to go a lot faster than that, if you want to keep
