i put a disk that has pictures on it,and it keeps asking
if i want to format it,and thats all it does it wont let
me view the pictures what could be the problem???any help
would be needed,thanks
 
diskette might be full.
average diskette only holds 1.44mb and most pictures i
have are 'almost' 1mb. so i could only get one picture
per diskette unless it is zipped picture.

XP is not good with floppies. You may need to format a new floppy with
XP, then transfer the pictures onto it using a different computer. Or
email them to yourself.

When I got my new computer, it would only recognize the contents of
perhaps half of my floppies. The others were shown as blank.
