3034 Error with c00000e5 status code

Hello Terry,

Per Q828297, there is a memory leak condition which can occur in LSASS.exe
which could be causing the reboots and the 3034s (along with some other
event IDs).

The hotfix below which will need to be installed on the Windows 2000 domain
controllers running SP4 which are having this issue.

Please call Microsoft at 1-800-936-4900 and request the hotfix for the KB
listed above. There is no charge for the hotfix.
