Check on a newer motherboard bios (if you're not currently
running the most recent). That might add native 48bit LBA
support (for drives over 128GB), BUT you might not "really"
need it, run this tool, http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/iaa/sb/cs-009281.htm
I'd install the newer bios even if running win2k/xp if yours
doesn't have native support yet.
I know that I must enable 48-bit lba support in Win200 but
i wonder if this chipset (I815) correctly recognize new disk in BIOS.
