I have a ton of email addresses to enter. In Outlook 2002, I could open the contact list and change the view to Phone List, then just type the name and email address one after the other after the other. Outlook 2003 will not allow me to type in the email field of the Phone List View. If I enter the addresses in a distribution list, there are too many to send.

How can I enter email addresses into an address book folder rapidly (without having to click on New, then use the mouse to click on name, then use the mouse to click on email address).

did you have in cell editing enabled? click on the row of field names and
choose custom - it's one of the other setting options.

OL2003 (have Exchange but not in use as of yet - just doing the conversion/set up now) however I do have my OL2003 set to 'allow in cell editing' and it does not allow me to add/change information on the 'phone list' display either.

Please advise. This was such a time saving feature when I used it in OL2000!
