I ran the disk clean-up the other day and it said it has to remover some
corrupt DLL files and said choose Yes or No I choose No and it keept poping
up asking the same question till I answered Yes.
now when I open a folder on my PC it opens for about 30 and the screen
refreshes and I have to start over. When I try to fix the problem it tells
me to install my XP disk to fix it, when I bought the PC from Best Buy they
didn't give a XP disk they said the sysem has a recovery program, and they
want 200 bucks for a disk to fix it. Is there a place that the pc put the
DLL files so I can find them? sorry if I'm confusing you. HP said it would
take 6 to 8 weeks to send me a disk to fix it. and I have to work on this
thing.
