There is one download With Installer.
AnotherWithout Installer.
And a third with No Setup

What exactly do these mean?
The first seems quite obvious - there is an install wizard/app that leads
you through the process - correct ?
The second isn't clear - does it mean you can run it directly from a
floppy/or a cd/ or your HD without installing it first ?
Or if it just means there's no installing program, how do you work with it?
The third is also unclear.

If you do not know what that means, always use the one with the
installer. There is an install wizard that will ask you question on how
you would like the program configured ex. "Would you like a shortcut icon
on the desktop" The others are manual setups.

There is one download With Installer....self explanatory, walks you through
the process

AnotherWithout Installer....you create a folder and install the program
there by placing the exe in the folder

And a third with No Setup....install over an existing version (upgrade the
version you have on your machine)
