I got 3 question about Ms Access. Firstly, is how do I get rid of the
empty space (refer to attachment - address field)? And secondly is Is
it possible not to display those line which there is no data. Eg, in my
attachment is email and url. And lastly, if listing is yes, can I put
an * just next the company name?

Good. You are not supposed to attach files except in newsgroups that have
"binaries" in the name, or unless the charter of the newsgroup specifically
permits it.

Empty or null Controls can be made to shrink away (vertically only) by
setting their (surprise?) "CanShrink" property -- that's in the Format tab
of the Control's Property sheet. That's the answer to your first two
questions. Caveat: the Control will not shrink if there is another Control
alongside that isn't also shrinking.

What is "listing" that you want to check for "yes"? Clarify, and I'm sure
someone will be able to answer your question.

The questions most likely to get accurate and prompt answers are (1)
summarized in the Subject line (and may better be one question per post)
(2) precise and concise, explaining the details but very brief. For other
good suggestions on effective use of newsgroups, see the FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.
