ok, problem #1. I have an HP, i've contacted them about
not having a disk of some sort for windows xp when i
purchased my computer. They inform me that they don't
give one since XP is already loaded and if i need to
reinstall it, all the information is on my hard drive
somewhere to do this. If this is true, how do I do
this? I can't find what I need. I think it will or
maybe not fix my other 2 problems.
#2
Defrag reboots my computer half way through it's
process. When I first got it, I had no problems
scheduling it and running it.
#3
About the same time I started having the problem with the
defrag, I stopped getting automatic retore points. I
checked and automatic restore points is enabled. Also,
my windows auto udate isn't working even though it is
turned on.
Any help on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
