I have a 200gig HD.
I started with
1. Windows XP (NTFS)
2. Docs (FAT32)
3. Linux (ext-3 +plus the swap partition)

I Now have this.

1. Windows XP (NTFS)
2. Programs (NTFS)
3. Docs (FAT32)

I want to know if there is a way to migrate all my programs from the
C: drive (windows) to the newly created D: drive (Programs). I would
like to avoid reformatting and reinstalling everything. I have seen
programs such as COA2 but they are not rated for XP and i can't seem
to find a copy of it anyway. I do have the MaxBlast software and
PartitionMagic8 at my disposal. Lets here the idea!

I have a question on why you want to move programs to a different
partition. What do you hope to gain? You do realize that installing
programs will still fill your windows partition with dlls, etc., and that
if you have to reinstall windows XP, you will also have to reinstall your
programs, as all the registry settings, etc are on the windows drive?
