3 pane view in 2003

Is it possible to create a 3 pane view in Outlook 2003 that had the
FolderList, Inbox and Calendar as the 3 panes?

No, but you can get the first two, then open the Calendar as a separate
window (right-click Calendar and choose Open in New Window) and tile it the
way you want.
