Thanks to Colin and Carey!
I have just the original Windows-XP Professional CD set I
purchased when XP came out (version 2002). Today my 4Pcs are
running Windows-XP Pro after going through several hardware and
software upgrades different PC technicians, have performed for me
since I installed my first XP on a single PC.
Do I qualify for a Vista Ultimate upgrade or should I purchase
the full edition?
I'd like to believe that I don't have to purchase one Vista CD
for each PC I have, right?
Does the Vista upgrade version work if I decide to perform a
"clean Install" having just to insert my original Windows XP CD
as a proof of purchase of the previous Windows version? Or it only
installs over Windows XP?
Also, does the Vista Home Premium offer similar features and
networking capabilities as the Vista Ultimate when working on a
home network handling mostly media files? (video, digital pictures,
mp3, etc.)
Thanks again,
Paul.
