I have 3 issues:

1. I want to change the location of the data file. I
tried moving the data file to where I want it and then
openned Outlook and it said it couldn't find the file but
did not give me the option to browse to its new
location. How do I change the location of the PST data
file?

2. Two identical "Personal Folders - Bill" show up at
the ;eft side of the screen under All Mail folders - How
can I delete one?

3. When I open the address book when sending an email it
opens to a contacts folder which has nothing in it - I
keep going and under Personal Address books there are two
Contacts and my actual contacts are in the second one.
How do I get it to show up initially? I can't find the
second Conact anywhere else in Outlook.

Thanks Bill

Before we can answer any of your questions, we need to know what version of
Outlook you're using. If it's Outlook 98 or 2000, we also need to know the
mail support mode -- Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup (this doesn't
apply to other Outlook versions). You can find this information on the
second line of Help | About Microsoft Outlook.

Lets Say it is Outlook 2000 and used for internet mail only.
I too would love to relocate the .pst file.
Is it a buried setting in Outlook or do I have to dig in to registry

Neither. Close Outlook, move the .PST file where you want it, and reopen
Outlook. When it complains it can't find the file, point it in the right
direction.
