Just shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware from notification area and delete the
error log.

Please check in Help, about, and be sure you are on build 615, as well.
The older 5xx series builds had this issue--but the growth is capped in
current builds.

Okay, I did the check, and I should be okay - 615
series. I guess I will continue to monitor my log files

You should be fine--the growth is capped in the new builds. This was a
difficult issue in the older builds because the growth was sporadic--it
would go along fine for weeks and then skyrocket.

That's pretty remarkable--I'm not sure I've seen a system without one
completely. Nearly all workstation installs I've seen have reasonably small
ones, but when it grew, it was a BIG problem!
