3 computers one file

I have asked this question before but did not get the results I needed so I
am asking again. I have three computers that our networked together. Only one
computer has access to the internet. I have a list of contacts on one of the
computers, that we use to make business calls. We need to make a call to one
of the contacts about every 1 to 6 months depending on the customer or
possible customers situation. So basically I have a two part question. Is
there a way that I can have the three computers share the contacts file the
one computer has, so that when a change is made on one computer the other
computers can see it when they access the file? Also is there a way that a
notification can pop up when it is time to make a call to a client, even when
outlook is not open? If so is there a way that it can pop up on all three
computers?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You have not asked this question in this group under this name in the last
few months.

Anyway, BCM would enable most of what you want without the barrage of popups
(10 popups a day will drive you insane). Try it out. If you are an Office
2003 Small Business or Professional user, you can down BCM over the Internet
at no additional charge. I link to all the downloads on my website.

BCM database can be shared with 3 computers in the office. BCM 2007 can be
shared with laptops as well in offline mode.

Please read the whole thread. I answered your question in it already. Is
this information insufficient? Yes BCM will do this easily.
