I have 2000 server and 12 workstations. My goal is to put
into place a redundant server for fail over purposes. My
attempts at using DFS to accomplish this have failed
(probably due to some legacy DOS software running in a
Windows shell). I'm looking for options or case studies
for other ways to skin this cat. Perhaps a system of
scripts that can do a complete backup of Server #1 at nite
(so that I only concern myself with losing part of a days
work if server #1 goes down).
