Hi Kurt -

This is Steven from Microsoft Access Technical Support replying to your
newsgroup post.

Your Tablet PC may not have the Access program properly associated with
*.mdb file types. You may be able to manually verify this by launching
Windows Explorer, and once inside the Explorer, go to the Tools menu, and
click Folder Options. Within the Folder Options dialog, select File Types,
and scroll down through the list of Registered File Types for Extension
MDB. Check to see if the Access Application is the registered application
to launch when double-clicking a *.mdb file.

Probably the best thing to do is to uninstall/reinstall the Office/Access
program.

Please let me know if this solves your problem or if you would like further
assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Steven Parsons [MSFT]
