Hello, I would first like to say thanks to everyone who
replies to these msgs. it helps so much.

I have a few questions.

I have created two drop down list on the same line and
that is how it needs to stay but whenever the amount of
letters change in the first list it moves the second list
around. Do you know how to stop that?

I have created a table that has 3 columns which are
identical they have 3 lines in each which are for Name,
Address, Zip. When I hit tab the curser goes to the
second column instead of the line below the name. Do you
know how to adjust that?

Lastly... In reference to the above drop down list is
there any way to always pull up the corresponding data in
the second.
Ex. ABDC School chosen in first list, I need second list
to pull up the correct school no.

Thanks so much!

Put them in a two-column, one-row table, on in each column,
and turn off the table property that let's the column widths
adjust to the content. Alternately, you could place them in
frames from the Forms toolbar.

There is no way to change how Word TABs through a table. You
could probably set up a macro, though, that would move you
to the next cell down.

Also this would require a macro. And in order to help you
with that, a lot more information would be required, such as
- version of Word
- from what toolbar you inserted this drop-down
- where you'd plan to store the information for the two
dropdowns
