2nd mailbox not displaying correctly

I have a user that needs to have 2 mailboxes setup in
outlook. I created the 2nd account and it works fine,
but when I try to add the second box to his outlook via
the advanced tab under Microsoft Exchange Server, it
doesn't work.

It appears to work, the folder shows up, but the sub
folders that are supposed to be there (like inbox,
deleted items, etc) aren't there, and the folder icon
shows as a personal folder instead of a mailbox. When I
add this mailbox to my own outlook, it works fine.

I checked his office patch level thinking that may be the
cause, but even after I updated his office with all the
available patches, it does the same thing

Any ideas?

What permissions have been set on the second mailbox? Does the delegate
have permissions to the top level folder and all folders underneath?
