2nd image removal

I cannot find this and know it must be an easy fix so here it goes.

when a client boots up (and shuts down) before the computers regular desktop
wallpaper they have a different image show up how do I relace that image or
remove it. (the 2nd image shows up after the wallpaper is closed on
shutdown)
