2nd contact folder

We have lots of outlook users with individual pst files (non-Exchange
environment) and we want to have a 2nd contacts folder full of internal
company contacts which we need to keep up to date as it changes frequently.
Is there any way to automate insertion/deletion of an entire outlook folder
directly into a pst file as we have many files to update?
