2K Pro - IIS restrictions

I don't suppose anyone knows if the connection limitations in IIS (2K Pro) are in Windows itself, or just IIS? (installation of 2K Advanced Server didn't go too well, so have had to come back to Pro for now).

Win 2k as with all MS desktop operating systems can only support 10
concurrent connections.
