I have a database running under Access 2K that I reverted
back to Access 97. In doing so, I notice the tables no
longer display the + sign indicating subform datasheet
information from important related tables. Is this a
function that is not available in 97 or am I missing
something that should be obvious. I did re-establish the
relationships between tables.

The 97 mdb is split and the .be tables are linked to the
front end. When I do a 'filter by form' I get no subform
information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This (mis-, in my opinion) feature was introduced in 2000;
subdatasheets are not available in 97.

I don't think Filter by Form works with subforms in either version.

You are correct Dave, that feature is new with Access 2000.

You could build a form with a subform to show the child records in 97.
